Zerpas Business Services (ZBS) was founded in 2012 with a single mission: Empower Growth. Zerpas derives its name from the term Sherpas. The Sherpa are one of the ethnic groups native to the most mountainous regions of Nepal in the Himalayas and are known for their skills in mountaineering. On Everest a Sherpa is essentially a guide and climbing partner who goes with the team on all climbs to the summit, and is a source of advice and a helping hand with carrying the load. They have local mountaineering knowledge to ensure climbers don’t get lost. The Sherpas are an indispensable partner on Everest.
